Owner’s rep
We advise and help real estate owners make decisions on what you should do.
In this role, Bridgewright represents the best interests of landowners, real estate investors, and businesses who are making real estate decisions without the in-house expertise to do so. We clarify and wayfind among the myriad investment and construction options in front of you to help you evaluate advantages and risks at every turn. If you are wondering: “should I do this project or not,” “should I buy this piece of land,” “who should I select as my team?” among many other considerations, then our owner’s representative services might be right for you.
DEVELOPER
As a co-investor and partner, we take projects from idea to execution.
In this capacity, Bridgewright is your eyes and ears in the weeds of the project, as well as a financial partner with deeply aligned interest. We develop your project from end-to-end and share a stake in the investment. As your developer, we are embedded with the project, coordinating all of the moving parts, mitigating risk, managing the design team, and navigating government, municipal, and private interests as well as real estate requirements.
Construction Manager
We direct the work of building your project.
Building is no small feat, and Bridgewright brings deep project management expertise to your project from the moment of analyzing constructability to project close-out. We cover contract buy out, quality control, scope review, material selection, construction support, cost analysis, bank draw, RFI, project change orders, subcontract management, scope and sequence tracking.
